Dear Water Ski Friend,

First of all, we look forward to welcoming you to Melbourne, Victoria for the 50th Anniversary of the Moomba Masters.

As you are aware the Moomba Masters Championships comprises Junior Moomba, Senior Moomba, Night Jump, Wakeboard events and nightly Ski Show performances held in conjunction with the Moomba Waterfest in March.

For all Interstate and Overseas visitors you will be able to have many visits to museums, fun parks, shopping areas, restaurants. Melbourne offers restaurants for every taste.

Getting around the City
Melbourne is a pedestrian friendly city. Another convenient way to view the city is by bus and tram. These services enable you to easily reach all major places in Melbourne, in particular our beaches.

Tranquil spots
Looking for a bit of peace and quiet, there are a lot of tranquil havens to be discovered in the city, inner courtyards, squares and gardens. The best know oasis is the historic Captain Cook Cottage part of the magnificent Fitzroy Gardens plus the Botanical Gardens showcasing many varied and rare plants.
For the children, our futuristic Aquarium on the Yarra River, displays a fascinating collection of tropical fish and unique water-dwelling creatures in high-tech surroundings. The fish and other sea creatures will take you on a marvellous voyage.
