The event is conducted by the Moomba Masters Organising Committee (MMOC) - has been formed, bringing together the best management team from the waterskiing and wakeboarding communities.

The management team has enthusiasm and drive for the event. Working in conjunction with the City of Melbourne, Parks Victoria and other Government Departments, sponsors and the media, the MMOC’s aim is to leverage the events profile to provide the best outcome for the sport, sponsors, the city and the public.

As many as 70 members of the committee and dedicated skiers from clubs across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland volunteer to assist with the running of the Moomba Masters.

The MMOC has long experience and expertise in staging the event including course layout, staffing, medical facilities, safety planning, marketing, signage, promotion and security. But most of all, stages a tremendously exciting skiing spectacular!
